General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the affiliate program of Rocket Games AG

1. Contracting parties

  • Pursue: Rocket Games AG, Glattalstrasse 501, 8153 Rümlang, Switzerland.

  • Partner (Affiliate): The partner who connects via the URL rocket-games.eu/pages/rocket-crew registered and access to a unique Affiliate Code as well as Tracking link receives to use the affiliate program.

2. Registration and access

  • Registration: The partner registers on the platform via the URL rocket-games.eu/RocketCrew and enters the required information (e.g. name, email address, social media profiles).

  • Access code and pop-up: After successful registration, the partner receives access to a personalized Affiliate DashboardThere the partner can create his unique Affiliate Code and Tracking link which he can use to promote Rocket Games AG's products and services. A pop-up window will appear when the partner clicks on a specific Tracking link clicks and passes it on to customers.

3. Use of the affiliate code and links

  • Code and link: The partner receives a Tracking link, which belongs to the Rocket Games Homepage When a customer clicks on this link, a Pop-up window with a unique code, which is linked to the partner.

  • Using the code: The affiliate promotes the link and code in their social media posts, on websites, or blogs. When a customer uses the code and completes a transaction (e.g., purchase), this is attributed to the affiliate.

  • Prohibited use: The partner may code and link not use it fraudulently or violate Rocket Games AG's policies. The code may only be distributed by the partner, and its use must be transparent and in accordance with the company's rules.

4. Remuneration and commission structure

  • commission: The partner receives a commission based on the purchases or interactions made by the Tracking link and Affiliate Code of the pop-up.

    • The commission can be defined as a fixed amount or as a percentage of the sales price.

  • Payment termsPayments are made according to the agreed payment structure (e.g., monthly or upon completion of a certain period). Payments can be made by bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

5. Rights and obligations

  • Rights of use: Rocket Games AG grants the Partner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to Tracking link and the code to be used for advertising on the relevant channels (e.g. social media, websites).

  • Partner's obligations: The partner undertakes to Tracking link and the code Advertise correctly and in accordance with Rocket Games AG's brand guidelines. All advertising must be clearly labeled as "advertisement" or "advertisement."

  • Prohibited practices: The partner must not use any unauthorized methods to generate clicks or sales and must ensure that the code is used only in accordance with the established policies and laws.

6. confidentiality

  • Confidential information: The partner undertakes to keep all confidential information exchanged within the framework of the partnership (e.g. sales data, marketing strategies, customer information) secret and not to disclose it to third parties.

7. Liability

  • Liability of the company: Rocket Games AG is not liable for technical problems or errors in the pop-up system that could prevent the partner from Affiliate Code or the Tracking link to use correctly.

  • Partner's liability: The partner is responsible for the proper use of the Affiliate codes and Left as well as for compliance with the General Terms and Conditions and applicable legal provisions.

8. Termination and cancellation

  • Termination by Rocket Games AG: The company reserves the right to block the partner's access or terminate the contract at any time if the partner violates the terms and conditions or legal provisions.

  • Termination by the partner: The partner can terminate his participation in the affiliate program at any time by deleting access to the Affiliate Dashboard deletes or informs Rocket Games AG.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • Changes and noticesRocket Games AG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Partner via the Affiliate Dashboard or by email. The partner agrees to the amended terms and conditions if he continues to use the Affiliate link or code used.

10. Tax obligations of the influencer

The Influencer is responsible for properly taxing all compensation received from Rocket Games AG under this Agreement – including cash and non-cash benefits.

Rocket Games AG assumes no liability for the influencer's tax obligations. The influencer undertakes to independently fulfill all applicable tax obligations to the relevant tax authorities and, if necessary, to provide the necessary documentation.

Should the influencer be prosecuted due to non-compliance with tax obligations or incorrect information provided to the tax authorities, the influencer shall indemnify Rocket Games AG from all resulting claims, penalties, or additional payments.

11. Other provisions

  • Place of jurisdiction and applicable law: This contract is governed by the laws of Switzerland. All disputes will be heard before the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.

  • Force MajeureRocket Games AG is not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, technical failures or other forces beyond our control.
