For the controllers, the estimated time to complete the order is from 1 to 7 weeks, after which the controller will be sent. However, if a component is not available (e.g. the front shell is missing or there are many orders), Rocket Games reserves the right to extend this time. In this situation, the customer should be informed of the possible delay and be able to change the configuration. The other orders (sticks, cables, accessories) are carried out within 5 working days + shipping time.

Are the products covered by the guarantee?

The following components of the goods are covered by the 2-year guarantee:

  1. Varnish on the controller
  2. buttons on the controller
  3. smart triggers
  4. Smart pumpers
  5. Rocket Sticks are not covered under warranty (Controller stick drift is up to 90 days covered by the manufacturer's warranty from the day of delivery)
  6. Rocket Paddles 
  7. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and damage caused by improper use of the goods, especially when the controller was hit, thrown or excessively pressed.

10.3 Modified Warranty controllers sent in by customers

The following components of the goods are covered by the 2-year guarantee:

THE CONTROLLERS WITHOUT INFORMATION LIKE INVOICE NUMBER/ADDRESS/E-MAIL WILL NOT BE REPAIRED!
The time for considering the complaint is a maximum of 14 days, after which the repair time is also a maximum of 15 days.
After the repair, the controller will be sent to the address given on the invoice. If the address is to be changed, appropriate information should be included in the package.

I don't like the controller anymore, can I return it?

Unfortunately, such an option does not exist with controllers from the configurator. Each controller is custom built, therefore purchased goods cannot be returned. Ready-made controllers can be returned within 14 days without damage, dirt or obvious wear and tear. The return must be discussed with support.

The patterns may differ slightly from the patterns on the website – the reason is that these are applied with hydrographics/technology. In this case, the pattern depends on how the foil is attached to the controller. For panels with uniform colors, the color may differ slightly from the color on the website.

What are Digital Triggers / Digital Pumpers? How do these differ from the normal buttons?

With digital triggers and digital bumpers, the entire mechanism for the function of a button is swapped from the analog to the digital mechanism. This means that these buttons act as a quick, short click (like a mouse click).
These buttons are characterized by a short click distance and a characteristic sound. It reduces the reaction time, so it is perfect for shooter games. On the other hand, for car games, this solution is not recommended because it works as “Full Throttle” or nothing.
